Licensing Completion- Upon Availability

“Doing it Right the first time” is the key to longevity and meeting compliance requirements. The “Residential Care Consultants” will guide and assist you with completing the entire process to ensure proper licensing of your facility. The cost for the consultation service starts at fifteen thousand ($15,000.00) dollars, according to the client’s needs. In order to receive this service prior to the scheduled consultation we will require you to complete an Online and Zoning/Physical Plant Consultation the cost for both of those will be applied to your licensing Consultation. This service is only for individuals who can show that they have the financial resources available immediately to meet the licensing requirements and have the home ready for licensing within six (6) months of purchasing and signing a contract for this service.
